Rose S. Ebel, D.O.
Dr. Rose Ebel grew up in Dayton, OH and attended the University of Dayton. She then joined the U.S. Navy and attended University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, MO. After serving four years at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, LCDR Ebel returned to Ohio and joined April Gardner in practice. She has been in practice in Lebanon for over 23 years. "I have enjoyed caring for the people in the Lebanon community and hope to continue for many years."
Morgan Rowe, PA-C
Morgan Rowe grew up in Dayton, OH and attended the University of Cincinnati, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in biology. She then went on to earn her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Kettering College. She has a strong passion for preventative medicine and is eager to provide our patients with excellent care. Morgan enjoys playing sand volleyball and cheering on the Bengals, Buckeyes, and Bearcats.
Sarah Christensen PA-C
Sarah grew up moving frequently, living in places including Maryland, Brazil, and Mexico. She earned a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio, and a Doctorate of Medical Science from Butler University. She has a strong desire to connect with patients and build lasting relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and respect. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and kids playing pickleball and board games, and taking her dog on long hikes.
